We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we will strive to make this happen. Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.

Return Process

To start a return, please send a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process and arrange a free pickup of your order. Returns are typically received and inspected within 7-10 business days. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping or gift wrapping charges) or a store credit voucher in the form of Gift Cards, valid for future purchases. COD order refunds require bank details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement, as long as your order hasn't been shipped. If your order ships before it can be cancelled, you can initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened.

Important Notes:

  1. Once a refund is initiated, it takes 7-10 business days to be credited to your account.
  2. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, self-shipment may be requested.
  3. Returns can be denied when items are used, opened, or damaged (unless you received them in damaged condition).

30 Days warranty for massagers

We offer a 30-day warranty on all our electronic devices, starting from the date of purchase, covering any defects or malfunctions. For extended warranty options, please scan the QR code included with your order or contact us at support@DreamsFuel.in.

  1. If your product experiences an issue within the warranty period, kindly visit our website to raise a return request. Kindly upload a video showcasing the malfunction and a photo of the charging adaptor used.
  2. Once we have received and checked your product malfunction video, we will arrange for a pickup and process a replacement.
  3. In rare cases where returns are not serviceable by our courier partners, we may request you to self-ship the product to our designated address.
  4. Once the faulty device is collected, a replacement will be dispatched to your address promptly.

Important Notes:

- Replacements or gift cards will be issued in the case of malfunctions, as per the product's warranty

- Exchanges for different products are not available. Replacements are limited to a new unit of the same product.
